1. Returns and Exchanges

At Little Rose London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not pleased with your order, we offer returns and exchanges under certain conditions.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Returns are typically accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.

3. Process for Returns and Exchanges

a. Initiating a Return:

  • Please contact our customer service team at sales@littleroselondon.com to initiate the return process.
  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

b. Approval and Instructions:

  • Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  • Do not return the item without receiving approval and instructions.

c. Returning the Item:

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation.

4. Refunds

a. Processing Time:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item.

b. Method of Refund:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Exchanges

a. Eligibility:

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability. PLEASE NOTE EXCHANGES WILL BE FOR THE SAME ITEM BUT DIFFERENT SIZE NOT A DIFFERENT ITEM.

b. Processing:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same process as outlined for returns.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item.

 

6. Shipping Costs

a. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
