Shipping Information:

We offer worldwide shipping for all our little girl dresses. Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via our trusted carriers. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, but you can expect delivery within 5-10 business days for domestic orders and 7-14 business days for international orders. For expedited shipping options, please contact our customer support team.

Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Little Rose London purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached ( If your items had tags when you received it). As part of our sustainability efforts, we are removing the tags from all new products so don't be alarmed if you receive an item with no tags on.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy:

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please reach out to our customer support team within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. Exchanges can also only be made for a DIFFERENT SIZE OF THE SAME ITEM, not a completely different item

After we receive your returned item, you'll get an email confirming your refund (or exchange) within one business day, provided the item meets our return policy. Keep in mind that your bank may take a few extra days to process the refund.
